Shipping Policies

NO SHIPMENTS TO P.O. BOXES

All items will ship at our discretion by FedEx Ground Service or United States Postal Service within the Continental USA. If you are outside the Continental USA, the listed shipping costs may not apply and it is highly recommended that you e-mail us for shipping methods and verify the amounts of your actual shipping cost.

ALTERNATE DELIVERY ADDRESS
For security reasons, we do not ship to alternate delivery addresses. Your purchase will always ship to your registered credit card address.

SHIP TIME
If your payment is received by 2:00 PM EST, your purchase will generally be shipped the same day. On occasions due to circumstances, your purchase may be delayed. If you are concerned, you may send an email requesting verification of shipment. We ship Monday through Friday. No shipments during any US holiday.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Within the continental U.S., the standard shipping method is FedEx Ground (1 to 5 business days). If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or a U.S. protectorate, the standard method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. All APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to change the carrier of your order at our discretion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the international customers, the standard shipping method is United States Postal Service. Normal delivery is 6 to 10 business days, however, the shipping provider may take a different amount of time to reach the desired destination. Check with your country customs office on specifics on when your package will clear after it leaves the USA. Note that we reserve the right to require specific shipping provider for orders based upon the destination address and/or the value of the products purchased.

Be aware that if your vehicle was made for a different market outside the USA that some parts may not interchange. Safety related and emission parts may not fit at all. Our return policies apply to all orders including international orders and while domestic orders are fairly inexpensive to ship, international orders can be expensive.

CUSTOMS
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The charges from Net Auto Parts include only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance and shipper brokerage fees MUST be taken care of by you. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. All packages are marked as merchandise (not gifts) with the actual purchase price as the customs value to fall in line with customs practices. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for more information.

RETURNS - WARRANTIES - EXCHANGES

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

* Are in their original packaging
* Have original manufacturer information
* Are not used, installed, or disassembled
* Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
* Do not have missing parts such as hardware or instructions

The following items are not returnable

* Custom or special orders (which includes anything not normally stocked and specifically ordered for a customer from the manufacturer)
* Automotive repair manuals
* Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc.)

Once we receive your return and conduct an inspection and verify that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. The shipping costs will not be refunded.

* C.O.D. returned shipments will not be accepted.
* Items shipped to us without prior authorization will not be returned to the sender nor will a credit or refund be issued.
* All returned items must have a tracking number and be insured against loss.

RETURNS must include the following information;

1. Original invoice or listing number,
2. The original purchase date,
3. Form of payment used.
4. An explanation of why the item is being returned.

If the return is a warranty, a statement that the item is; wrong, defect, failed, does not fit is not sufficient to describe why it is a warranty. Be specific as possible.

Such as; "the bleeder screw was broken and therefore could not bleed the caliper".

CORE RETURNS

All cores must be returned within 30 days. After 30 days, a 5% deduction will be applied plus any credit card non-refundable processing fee. After 60 days we will consider the purchase final.

In order to insure a proper credit the following guidelines must be followed:

* All fluids, if any, must be drained from the core.
* The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed.
* Cores must be returned in the ORIGINAL manufacturer's packaging used when the item was shipped to you.
* Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able before issuing credit.
* If the re-builder states that the core is not rebuild-able then only scrap credit will be issued.

REFUNDS, RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

All purchased items must be inspected within 7 days of receipt and must be returned within 30 days. Please inspect the item to your satisfaction and be sure that it is what you ordered and it was properly represented. If there is no claim after 7 days it will be considered a final sale.

All sales are final, however as unique circumstances arise, each request for a refund will be evaluated on its own merit. Returned items may be subject to a 30% restocking charge.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED AS FOLLOWS:

Return Exchange Policy: Within 30 days, all purchases will be exchanged if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you the purchase price of the item only. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of the item delivery. It is highly recommended that upon receipt of your item that you inspect and install it to verify that it is in good working order.

How Returns or Exchanges Work: We will ship your exchanged item after we receive the returned item from you or, to expedite the process, you may pay a deposit for the 2nd replacement item so it can ship before your return arrives . Credit for the 1st item will be provided when the package is inspected, received and processed and meets all the return criteria. (Credits may take up to 2 weeks to process.)

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product has been damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately via e-mail to begin the claim process with the shipping company. We will contact you via e-mail with further instructions on filing your claim.

WARRANTY

Labor cost for removal, installation, or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair or for incidental or consequential damages is NOT covered.

To obtain a replacement item for warranty, you will be required to follow the exchange policy listed above.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER
